Cliffwall was a camouflaged central site in the Old World hidden by the Old World wizards to keep Emperor Sulachan from destroying the books of knowledge there. The library of Cliffwall was destroyed by Nathan Rahl, (in which Verna Sauventreen was killed) in order to keep the advancing army of General Utros from gaining access to the books there.
