Fairfield the capital city of Anderith was a thriving city but after the people of Anderith surrendered to the army of the Imperial Order the city was ravaged. Mass crowds crowded the streets as people tried to escape the city. The entire army was slaughtered, tens of thousands of men were slain, tens of thousands of women were raped. It seems the only people fortunate enough to escape were sickly old people and small infants. The government became non-existent when the city as well as the surrounding countryside became full of Jagang's army. Jagang personally took up residence in a grand estate not far from the city that belonged to one of the ministers of the former government.
