The creation, manipulation, and use of fire was a common ability among the gifted. It was an ability controlled with the use of Additive Magic. Fire was made by casting out one's Han and focusing the heat within the air to the point of ignition and using one's Han as a fuel source. It was inferior to Wizard's Fire, which was fueled further by the caster's will.
The gifted were able to make use of this ability in various ways. Tiny flames were often created by the gifted above their upturned palms as a source of light when it was dark. Fire was arguably most often utilized as an offensive method. On various occasions it has been known to be cast in the form of a fire ball, a wall of fire, or a deadly blast or burst.
