Manda Perlin was the beautiful wife of Rupert Perlin and one of the young woman in Renwold taken away by the Imperial Order. She was then forced to become a sex slave in the Order army's tents. She was saved by Clarissa but after the Lord Rahl bond was severed she fell back under the influence of Jagang. She later killed Clarissa, and was killed by Nathan Rahl through the use of magic.
