Neal was Brother Narev's overzealous follower, and a Brother of the Fellowship of Order.
Biography[]
Neal was a wizard at the Palace of the Prophets before leaving for Altur'Rang with Brother Narev. Neal also supervised Richard's "Penance". He was killed in the revolt at Altur'Rang.
Personality and traits[]
Neal was zealous, cruel, and annoyingly inquisitive, finding out about the price Nicci payed for Richard's freedom. Richard thought that if Brother Narev died, Brother Neal would take his place, due to the fact that he believed the divinity of his own words, along with the words of Brother Narev.
